Weather you use sacks or plastic buckets of caustic powder, they can be put into the into handling enclosure for emptying. Later the powder falls into the water tank below and gets mixed (while this happens, all the remaining wrapping is discarded in a plastic bag, avoiding all physical contact with the caustic material)
