Mica flakes is a flaky mineral crushed and sieved to be used as a Lost Circulation Material of various sizes that must be dry-blended into the cement. Used in cement slurries to prevent lost circulation at concentrations of up to 10% BWOC. It seals off fluid loss zones in a well and helps stop lost circulation.
